KIM WARREN, Ph.D.

Kim joined Differentiated Therapeutics in September 2023 with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.  Most recently, she served as Chief Business Officer at GreenLight Biosciences, focused on negotiating collaborations to make mRNA vaccines available in low and middle-income countries.  Previously, as the Vice President of Business Development for Epizyme, she was responsible for the negotiation of in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development, and research collaboration agreements.  In addition, Kim worked at Sanofi in various business development roles supporting North American commercial operations, global oncology R&D, and global vaccine R&D, including collaborations in China.  Kim also gained international experience in the United Kingdom while leading the business development team at Acambis Inc.  She earned her Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from Purdue University and her MBA from Simmons School of Management.
